Shipping & Packaging
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase and arrive within 2 business days after shipment.
For the fastest delivery, we recommend placing your order Monday through Thursday before 12:00 PM (noon). Orders placed during this window often arrive within 2 days, depending on transit time and carrier service.
Orders placed later in the week may still arrive within the same week, but delivery timing can vary based on your location and carrier schedules.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. We prioritize weekday deliveries whenever possible to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and ready for the weekend.
Cold-Chain Shipping Notice
All seafood is shipped using professional insulated cold-chain packaging.
It is normal for seafood to arrive partially thawed but still ice-cold upon delivery. As long as the product feels cold to the touch, it is safe to consume or refreeze.
Minor thawing can occur depending on carrier transit time, but this does not affect product quality or safety.
Holiday Shipping Update
During peak holiday seasons, carrier delays may occur due to increased shipping volume.
To ensure timely delivery for special occasions or holiday meals, we strongly recommend placing your order early.

Professional Insulated Cold-Chain Shipping
Your order is packed in professional insulated packaging designed to maintain an internal temperature between –35°F and 38°F for up to 72 hours.
This ensures your seafood stays frozen or safely chilled throughout the entire journey.
A small amount of surface thawing is normal during transit, but as long as the product is cold to the touch upon arrival, it is completely safe to refreeze or cook.
Express Shipping & Delivery Timing Notice
We ship using express delivery services to meet the estimated timeline. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and could arrive one day earlier or later.
If you're ordering for a special occasion or time-sensitive meal, we recommend placing your order a bit earlier to ensure it arrives exactly when you need it.
Our flash-freezing technology is at -86 degrees Celsius . This technology allows for rapid freezing without damaging the food's original cellular structure and microorganisms, preserving the food’s texture and freshness.
If the food quality declines due to logistics delays, please notify us in time.
