Carefully packaged and frozen to help preserve its flavor, texture, and quality. Shipped in insulated cold-chain packaging with cooling materials to help maintain temperature during transit.
Keep frozen until ready to use. For best results, thaw safely in the refrigerator before preparation.

We ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM usually ship the same day.
Most orders arrive within 1–2 days after shipment.
To protect the quality of our seafood, orders placed late Thursday or Friday through Sunday may be held until Monday to avoid weekend transit.

Storage
Seafood purchased from Oceanzen should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2–3 days for optimal freshness and flavor. If not consumed within this period, it should be frozen immediately upon receipt. While all products have a shelf life of 12 months or longer, we recommend enjoying them within 3 months of purchase for the best taste and quality.
Thawing Instructions
The best way to thaw seafood is to remove it from its frozen packaging, place it in a container, and refrigerate for about 12 hours until fully thawed.
For faster thawing, we recommend placing the seafood (in a non-vacuum-sealed bag) in cold water for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.

I received my first order of salmon yesterday and it came as expected. The salmon was well packed and frozen. I immediately put one package in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. I made a fantastic teriyaki salmon dish today and the salmon was delicious and tasted super fresh!! Great value for the money, too!! The portions are 6 ounces each and I love that they are free from additives and coloring. I Will be looking forward to my reoccurring boxes!!
