1.Free shipping on orders over $99. A flat rate of $30 per package applies to orders under $99.
2.We will ship your package via UPS or FedEx 2-Day or Overnight service. Once shipped, your package will be delivered within 1 to 2 days.
3.We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays due to potential weekend carrier delays, which may compromise the effectiveness of dry ice and gel packs. All orders placed during this time will be shipped on Monday.
Storage
Seafood purchased from Oceanzen should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2–3 days for optimal freshness and flavor. If not consumed within this period, it should be frozen immediately upon receipt. While all products have a shelf life of 12 months or longer, we recommend enjoying them within 3 months of purchase for the best taste and quality.
Thawing Instructions
The best way to thaw seafood is to remove it from its frozen packaging, place it in a container, and refrigerate for about 12 hours until fully thawed.
For faster thawing, we recommend placing the seafood (in a non-vacuum-sealed bag) in cold water for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Arrives frozen solid every time. Very clean taste and gorgeous fat lines that give it a buttery melt in your mouth experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys fresh sushi grade, high quality fish. The only downside is how quickly it disappears!
I received my first order of salmon yesterday and it came as expected. The salmon was well packed and frozen. I immediately put one package in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. I made a fantastic teriyaki salmon dish today and the salmon was delicious and tasted super fresh!! Great value for the money, too!! The portions are 6 ounces each and I love that they are free from additives and coloring. I Will be looking forward to my reoccurring boxes!!
